- December 15, 1993 : Incorporation of Vifon-Acecook Joint Venture Company

- July 07, 1995 : Production started
- Production chain : 01
- First products : Noodles & Instant beef soup of high quality are produced for sales Southern market.
- Employees : 100 persons (8 Japanese : Director General, Business Manager, Export Manager, Technicians : 3, Experts : 2-3)
- Production output : 3.8 million packs /year.

Year of 1996 :
- Mr. MORIMOTO MAKOTO appointed as Director General.
- February 28, 1996 : Establishment of sale branch in Can Tho : 162/3 Tran Quang Dieu – An Thoi Ward – Can Tho City. In charge of selling products to all provinces in the Mekong Delta.
- Penetrate overseas market : America market. Export revenue : USD 0.15 Million.
- Tax paid to national budget : 4,870,789,000 VND

Year of 1997 :
+ September 06, 1997 : Establishment of Ha Noi sale branch to cover Northern provinces’ markets.

Year of 1998 :
+ Mr. SAKAI YASUO appointed as Director General (April 01, 1998).
+ The introduction of Hoành Thánh has won market attention as a breakthrough in Vietnamese instant food business.
+ Build 02 new production chains.
+ Tax paid to national budget : 8,483,700,000 VND
+ Win the First title of Vietnam High Quality Product.
+ Win gold, silver, bronze medals at the Vietnam Industrial Goods Exhibition Fair.
Year of 2000 :
+ Hảo Hảo product came into being as a new breakthrough an impressive trade-mark creating a quick jump of the Company in the market.
+ Tax paid to national budget : 8,812,510,000 VND
+ Win for the Second time the title of Vietnam High Quality Product.
+ Win the gold, silver, bronze medals at the Vietnam Industrial Goods Exhibition Fair.

Year of 2001 :
+ Mr. NAMIE SHOICHI appointed as Director General.
+ May 25, 2001 : Hung Yen Branch was established for the function of producing and doing business.
+ Invest 04 additional production lines making the total at 07 lines.
+ On June 06, 2001, a sale branch was established in Da Nang at No. 43 Ngo Quyen, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. To cover supply to the Central area from Binh Dinh to Quang Binh.
+ Tax submitted to national budget : 12,763,818,000 VND
+ Win for the Third time the title of Vietnam Industrial Product of High Quality
+ Win the gold, silver, bronze medals at the Vietnam Industrial Goods Exhibition Fair.

Year of 2002 :
- On December 11, 2002 the Company established an additional representative office in Cambodia at No. 7a St, 19 Sangkat Chaychumnes Khandounphenh, PhnomPenh, Cambodia.
- Win the title “Outstanding Young Enterprise of 2002”.
- Win the title “Cornerstone Industrial Product of the City in the 2002-2005 period”.
- Tax submitted to national budget : 22,066,142,000 VND
- Win for the Fourth time the title “VN Product of High Quality”.
- Win the gold, silver, bronze medals at the Vietnam Industrial Goods Fair.
Year of 2003 : The successful year for the Company on both areas of inland business, export and trade-mark propagation with the substantial growth in the business turnover of approximate 800 Billion VND equivalent to 675 million packs (nearly 3 Million USD of export) and the Company has won several awards during the year :
- Award “Yellow Star of Vietnam for 2003” granted by the Young Vietnamese Enterprises Association.
- Award “Gold Dragon for 2003” granted by Vietnam Economic Time.
- 2003 was the year of export for the Company. Under the support of HCM City People’s Committee, ACECOOK Vietnam has waged a series of export to : Australia, USA, Russia, East Europe, China, South East Asia, Africa,….. and reached export turnover of over 3 Million USD.
- On March 04, 2003, another factory was built at Hamlet 1B An Phu, Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province bringing the quantity of production lines up to 12 units.
- Since ins incorporation, the Company’s turnover has continuously increased by 85% per annum and by the end of 2003, its sale revenue attained 800 Billion VND, accounting for 60% of the whole national market in instant noodles through the network of 700 agents spreading all over the country.
- Tax submitted to national budget : 32 Billion VND, a 12-time increase compared to 1995.
Year of 2004:
- On January 15, 2004 : Construction started for a factory in Da Nang and the factory went into operation in October 2004.
- Since February 03, 2004 : Vifon-Acecook Joint Venture Company was transformed into Acecook Vietnam (100% Japanese investment).
- June 2004 : Another factory was built in Bac Ninh with 2 production lines.
- Personnel : 2150 employees and about 300 part-time workers.
- Granted Certificate of Vietnamese Products of High Quality for six continuing years.
- On April 12, 2004, Acecook Vietnam Company had the honor of receiving the “3 rd order of labor” granted by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Year of 2005 :
- Granted Certificate of Vietnamese Products of High Quality for 7 continuing years.
- Build a new Factory at Tan Binh Industrial Park, HoChiMinh City.
Year of 2006:
- Building the sixth manufacture in Feb 2, 2006 in Vinh Long province.
- Achieving "Vietnamese High Quality Products" prize in 2006.
- Achieving “Famous brand name” in Vietnam voted by consumers.
- Winning "Golden Dragon" which is prized for effective foreign businesses operating in Vietnam

Year of 2007: ten typical events
1. Acecook Vietnam gets over so many difficulties due to materials’ price rising.
2. The highest revenue year with more than 80 millions cartons.
3. The year at which having the highest rate of salary improvement for employee.
4. Organizing “Producing Skills Program” for adjusting employee‘s salary level.
5. Building dormitory for workers in Binh Duong factory.
6. Establishing new modern lines produce Instant Noodle – Pho.
And “Xua & Nay” instant noodle was first produced.
7. All employees contribute one working day and the Board of Directors support 3000 cartons of noodles for charity.
8. “Creative movements” in manufacturing save more than ten billion VND.
9. Winning “Typical Saigon Businessman” and “Vietnamese High Quality Product”.
10. Acecook Vietnam honor becomes a member of World Instant noodle Association in Oct 2007.

Year of 2008:
- Acecook Vietnam limited company is officially changed into Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company on 18 Jan 2008. (Acecook Vietnam JSC.)
